The iLEAP Club Communication, Soft Skills, and Leadership Program for children empowers children and youth with essential life skills.

Soft skills are a combination of people skills, social skills, communication skills, character traits, attitudes, career attributes, social intelligence, cultural intelligence, and emotional intelligence among others that enable people to navigate their environment, work well with others, perform well under pressure, and achieve their goals and dreams with complementing hard skills. 

There are many different levels in the program: Junior, Senior, Advanced and Personalized Levels. At the end of the program members will earn the iLEAP Club Soft Skills and Leadership Certificate.
 

iLEAP Club Academy Leadership Graduation requirements are as follow:

#1. Members must be in good standing
Members are expected to be in good standing and upholding club values throughout the program and paid all relevant course related payment.

#2. Module Completion
Members are expected to have completed more than 85% of the iLEAP Club modules for the respected level.

#3. Participate 4 Contests / Pass 4 Practical Exams
Members are expected to have participated 4 contests or passed satisfactorily minimum 4 iLEAP Club practical exams.

#4. Get minimum 70% iLEAP Club Online Quiz
Members are expected to get at least 70% in the iLEAP Club online quiz.

#5. Mentored / Assisted / Facilitated
Members are expected to gain experience in mentorship or assistant facilitation or facilitation.
